Our camps at Island Lake are situated amongst some of the finest moose habitat anywhere in New Brunswick. With 25 years in the outfitting business combined with spending the entire summer right here at Island Lake,we offer the opportunity to share with our clients a knowledge of our Moose hunting area thats second to none;our location near the most remote boundary of WMZ 11 sees less hunting pressure than most other areas of New Brunswick. .The New Brunswick Moose hunt runs the last three days of the last full week in September,this time of year generally coincides with the peak of the rut.We accept bookings for this hunt from non-resident hunters only.All lodging,meals,guide services and game preparation are included in this package. To secure a non-resident Moose license perspective hunters must fill out an application further information available by clicking the below link from the Government of New Brunswick-your application can be made online or via telephone.You must have your Visa or Mastercard number as you will be charged an application fee of 39.55(Canadian funds) to apply for 2010. For the 2010 you may apply from January 04 to April 30, 2010.The 2010 draw is now CLOSED.Hunters who are fortunate enough to be drawn then have the option to select which wildlife management zone (WMZ) in which they wish to hunt and may also select an outfitter.Note: Certain outfitters are misleading non-resident hunters by telling,or leading them to believe must apply through an outfitter - this is untrue.
